TINY and INDY: Philosophies
TINY
- Aimed at serviceable i386 computers
- Based on glibc / glibc2, it can run current software:
- word processing, spreadsheet,
- database, web browser, and more
INDY: Independence
- Aimed at end users (esp non-networked) in general
- doesn't assume high level of Linux knowledge
- contains lots of best-of-breed USER software
