Creating a folder on the desktop

The following steps create a folder on the desktop within which files and folders may be stored.
  1. Move the mouse pointer over the background.
  2. Click and release the right mouse button and a menu pops up.
  3. Move the pointer over the new menu item and a sub_menu pops up.
  4. Move the pointer over the "Folder" sub-menu item.
  5. Click and release the left mouse button and a window pops up.
  6. Type the name you want to call the folder in text box.
  7. Click OK.
