De-iconizing a program

To return a program window from a desktop icon do the following:
  1. Move the mouse pointer over the icon on the desktop.
  2. Click and release the left mouse button and a popup menu appears.
  3. Move the mouse over the "(De)iconify" menu item
  4. Click and release the left mouse button and the window is restored to its former size.
