Debian Jessie will come out soon, and we decided along with our fine
Debian maintainer that getting Tor 0.2.5.x into Jessie was a good move.

Also, Tor 0.2.5.8-rc is a real live release candidate, meaning unless we
find horrible things wrong with it, Tor 0.2.5.9 will be the next stable
release (with changes only to documentation).

So what better way to find any remaining horrible things than to upgrade
all of our local deb users? :)
