	is a project of the pentagon - as such its main purpose is,
	obviously, to help the agenda of its creators. 

	Tor can provided 'anonimity' if your 'adversary' has moderate
	resources. And those people just ban tor so tor doesn't even 
	help in those cases. 

	More importantly tor doesn't provide any real safety when
	your 'adversary' is an adversary that matters, like any of the
	western fascist governments : the US and its vassal states,
	all of europe included.
