Tor is not a magic bullet.  If you have awful op-sec then Tor will do
nothing for you.  Running a secure and well hidden hidden service is
actually very difficult.

It may also be worth keeping in mind that governments are very powerful
adversaries indeed.  They have a lot of resources available to them to
identify you, the FBI in particular.
