I'm allowed to wonder about their relays but I'm not allowed to wonder
with others about their relays, did I understand you correctly?

So metrics.torproject.org is a disrespectful service because it
brought their relays to my attention?

Note: I did sent an email to the list basically saying: "Hey, look a
German university signed up 24 relays, they are probably doing some
research?" (implying: I'm curious about them and I think that is *not*
another badexit group since they are no exits in the first place.)
(I never suggested they are involved in any wrong doing.)

I don't think that publicly discussing (and dissecting) what is going
on, on the tor network is being disrespectful to the tor relay operators
.
