Great. Thanks for letting us know.

Your details are very sparse though ("a research", "some period"). Can
you give us a summary of your research plans?

In particular,

- Are you monitoring or modifying traffic? If so, what kinds? Please
learn about the wiretapping laws in your country, my country, and
all the other countries. :)

- I notice that many of your relays are tiny -- a bandwidthrate of
50KB means you might never get the Fast flag, so your relays will
go mostly unused, except for edge cases like the HSDir flag (e.g.
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/8243) that we'd like to
resolve rather than let people exploit.

- If you tell us more about your research, we're more likely to be able
to tell you about parallel research projects that might spoil or
influence your results. See also https://research.torproject.org/

Thanks!
