Yes, half of the internet doesnt like Tor exits, because they trust an
NSA-operated cloud service (cloudfront) with their traffic.
Step 1: Be NSA
Step 2: DDoS popular websites with NSA botnets
Step 3: create anti-DDoS service to "protect" and wiretap customers
