34 exit relays joined the tor network on 2015-02-04/05.

There restart pattern links them to a likely group. These relays are
not hibernating.

Are there other reasons why AWS instances would restart at the same
second (on 1AM at the first of the month) even if they are not
operated by a single entity?

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nusenu/tor-network-observations/master/2015-02-04-05__34_AWS_Exit_Relays_0.2.5.10.txt
(note: 'last_restarted' has a granularity of 1 second)

total advertised bandwidth is 480 MBit/s
