Even when you get the email and send the response to the T-Shirt Department (hah) they dont' respond for a long, long, time.
Then, even when you are eligible for a few t-shirts, they offer one only.

These harsh words might have softened them up a fair bit so why don't you send the Globe links to the t-shirt people at tshirt@torproject.org and hope for the best.
