Is there some more info on this? Can you elaborate on this please? New
thread?

What would that lead/task/goal/funding include?

Due to being a maintainer of Whonix, I got quite knowledgeable on how to
produce debian config packages. Most stuff from
http://torservers.net/wiki/setup/server could be automated and I could
create (a) deterministic debian config package(s).
