If everything you do is via 'Tor web' (whatever that means,
say specifically via the tor client), then you will always
appear as being behind some exit IP. Both whenever you
presumably saved a 'draft' in your gmail or something, and
presumably 'set' in your mind or via program to click 'send'
a month later.

If it is important, you should always test safely first to be sure.
