reasoning for the 0.0.0.0: This is a VM providing SOCKSPort to other VMs
(binding the SOCKSPort to 127.0.0.1, does not make sense in that case)

Vidalia terminates the SOCKSPort on 0.0.0.0 and starts it on 127.0.0.1.
