There are currently no plans to gather statistics on clients, mostly
because there's no infrastructure for clients to report them.  (Relays
can simply include statistics in their extra-info descriptors that
they upload to the directory authorities, but there's no such thing
for clients.)

I agree that tor2web has some interesting statistics that are worth
gathering.  But it could be that these will have to be gathered on the
application level and not by little-t-tor itself.  Maybe something for
the R task list [0]?  (Please talk to asn if you'd like to add
something there.)
