Actually, I think the reason is that when we moved to 0.2.7.5 as stable,
nobody updated the two places on the website that needed to be updated.

I've just done that. Also I filed
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/17839 so Nick can make
some guesses about how to improve the chances that it gets done for the
next stable transition.
