If a community is going to be subject to harassment for its positions, then
there is a reciprocal need for colleagues to support other members and
assert what the community's norms are. Consider it outreach for those who
might not always have had positive influences in their lives, as well as a
moment of reflection for even those who aren't necessarily intolerant
people to examine their own behavior.
