That's correct.

I admit it's not easy to find that document, even though it's quite
helpful when working with the CSV file.  It's linked on the About page,
but not near the CSV file link, because I didn't want to add yet another
link there.  And I think adding comments to CSV files is not a good
idea, either.  Suggestions welcome!
